CBEMA:
Computer and Business Equipment Manufacturers Association - Effective December 1994, CBEMA changed its name to the Information Technology Industries Council (ITIC).


ITIC:
Information Technology Industry Council - The Information Technology Industry Council (ITIC) represents the leading U.S. providers of Information Technology products and services.


ANSI:
American National Standards Institute - A private, non-profit organisation that administers and co-ordinates the U.S. voluntary standardisation and conformity assessment system. ANSI is the official U.S. representative to the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and, via the U.S. National Committee, the International Electro-technical Commission (IEC). ANSI is also the U.S. member of the Pacific Area Standards Congress (PASC) and the Pan American Standards Commission (COPANT).
