The following is the procedure to remove (delete) a location from a database. In our example we wish to remove the earlier data as this has no bearing on any data required.
The "Site Directory" window should appear, as shown below (we are only interested in the "Location" portion).
Highlight the location to be removed. Click on 'Delete',...
.. and confirm the deletion. The remaining locations will remain, but none will be selected.
Highlight (one of) the remaining locations, and click OK.
The unrequired location has been removed from the database. Please note: This action is immediate. The database is modified upon the deletion and there is no need to save this.

Click on the "Site Directory" button, located near the top left of the PAS window (shown alongside).
